A material combination and style that has seen a great resurgence as of late, the 60/40 cotton/nylon blend (although it’s actually closer to 58/42) often seen in mountaineering parkas is the subject of American Rag CIE’s latest team-up with Outdoor Products. In the creation of the material, cotton is woven into the weft while nylon is utilized for the warp for a durable, water resistant material.
