COMME des GARCONS BLACK London Opening @ Dover Street Market

Following up on the announcement of 11 new store openings for June 2009, COMME des GARCONS unveils their new BLACK space at Dover Street Market in London. The temporary installation is just one of the many concessions that will open this month, including six in Japan, one in Seoul and Hong Kong, and two new stores in Paris and New York. The collection featured within COMME des GARCONS’ BLACK campaign will feature limited editions designs done by Rei Kawakubo as an “emergency reaction to the recession”, over a period of 18 months.
