Todd Selby, of The Selby fame, recently worked on a project for Cole Haan and its 2010 Spring/Summer ad campaign. Todd chose a selection of interesting people for the shoot, each of whom he found inspiring. The feature was dubbed “The Inspired Life”, with further info on the individuals involved and images available below.

James Bond started the store Undefeated which is one of the most progressive and interesting stores in LA. Jonny Knapp had a really great pop up store called the Corner Store Cooperative in Bellport New York. Nicola Vassel is the gallery director of Deitch Projects. Maria Sharapova is a tennis champion who is also very good at badminton. Harley Viera-Newton is my favorite dj who can read hieroglyphics in the whole world. Jon Manheim and Akiko Stehrenberger are old school friends of mine who are both amazing art directors. Fun fact, Akiko designed the first The Selby logo. Magda Wosinska is a super fun musician and photographer who happens to have a scale model of stonehenge in her front yard and a Shaggin Wagon. Moses Berkson is a super talented photographer and all around nice guy.
