Swiss watchmakers IWC Scaffhausen unveil its latest Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar Edition 2011 watch. Limited to 250 pieces, the timepiece is craft in 18-carat rose gold paying homage to French aviator and poet Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
