COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT x The Generic Man Longwing Brogue

Always pushing boundaries and creating innovative takes on more traditional garments and accessories, Japanese label COMME des GARÇONS’s more contemporary SHIRT line has teamed up with The Generic Man to produce a very special pair of shoes. Since both labels emphasize quality, heritage and modern design, the Longwing Brogue that resulted from their collaboration is an incredibly well-constructed shoe, conceived in the USA and handmade in Portugal. Although at first glance the chocolate brown premium leather wingtip upper can lead one to consider the lace-ups as rather mainstream, British-inspired shoes, their white Vibram sole outlined with electric blue piping quickly launches the Longwing Brogues into a league of their own. As with most collaborative fashion efforts, these kicks are limited-edition and available now.
