adidas Rose 3.0 "Chicago Fire"

Fresh off the introduction of “Home” and “Away” Chicago Bulls-inspired colorways of Derrick Rose‘s signature adidas Rose 3.0 earlier this month, adidas Basketball has created a premium “Chicago Fire” edition of the kicks. Inspired by Rose’s hometown Chicago Fire Department and sporting an Electricity-colored heavy-duty rubberized synthetic upper – meant to resemble the look and feel of a firefighter’s turnout coat – the kicks see a smooth black SPRINTFRAME reminiscent of rubber fire boots while grey and reflective 3M Three Stripes branding on the heel and outsole reflect the look of the firefighter’s knee and elbow pads, as well as the turnout coat’s reflective detailing. Finally, the familiar firefighters cross logo appears on the inside of the left shoe’s tongue while the right showcases Rose’s laser-etched signature. The limited edition “Chicago Fire” adidas Rose 3.0 will be available this Wednesday, October 10, for $180 USD at select adidas Basketball retailers.
