Essentials: Mick Boogie

Case in point, Brooklyn-based DJ and entrepreneur, Mick Boogie. Having traveled the globe showcasing his musical talents in places like Tokyo, Paris and Dubai, his original remix project with artists ranging from Kanye West to Adele have made him a favorite among bloggers and music connoisseurs. Constantly in work mode, Mick must keep his iPad, KORG Kaossilator portable synthesizer, J-Dilla Donut Shop vinyl pack and of course, Red Bull, in arms reach. Continuing with his life inspirations, the influential DJ totes a vintage Piaget watch that was passed down from his grandfather, a four-finger ring from his favorite brand Dope Couture, and an ’80s comic from a cartoon that helped shape his childhood.
