Now in its 20th year, New York’s Chapman Skateboards has been a staple of the East Coast skate world for years, producing decks for the likes of Supreme, Zoo York, Shut Skateboards and more. To celebrate two decades of production right here in the USA, founder Gregg Chapman recently put together an archival board wall at the brand’s Deer Park, New York warehouse and showroom to spotlight some of its most noteworthy designs. Mike Brogan captured the completion of the project on film, sitting down with Chapman to catch his thoughts on the brand, how he got into skateboarding, and the story behind his personal favorite board.
