As we draw near the end of 2016, Ronnie Fieg brings things full circle the same way he opened it, alongside adidas Consortium. As such, the UltraBOOST Mid finally makes its official debut as well as a special redesign to the Response Trail BOOST model, ready for a various amount of elements from KITH Aspen to the streets of New York City.

Kicking things off, the Kith x UltraBOOST Mid incorporates a luxurious vibe while not compromising its comfort and performance abilities. Its collar stands out at first glance thanks to its sock-like aesthetic. You’ll also find that it continues the popular cage-less wave while including subtle taped panels for minimal branding. adidas and Ronnie Fieg also introduced a multicolored Primeknit upper that exudes a seasonal theme while providing warm thanks to its wool-blended fabric. To close it out, you’ll find that the laces also incorporate the same multicolored Primeknit pattern to match seamlessly with its upper.

The UltraBOOST Mid is accompanied by the Kith x Response Trail BOOST in Fieg’s closing collabs for 2016. Focused on outdoor recreation and performance, the model incorporates a double-layered mesh vamp and neoprene collar that’s complemented by tumbled nubuck overlays throughout. You’ll find asymmetrical Three Stripes branding on its speed-lace system which provides a superior lockdown for additional support. BOOST technology makes its way onto the heel and forefoot while resting atop Continental outsole lugs inspired by Trail King bikes for added traction, especially when the weather gets harsh.

The Kith x adidas Consortium UltraBOOST Mid and Response Trail BOOST will retail for $220 and $160 USD respectively with a release on December 23 at all KITH shops and online release taking place at 12 a.m. EST. Be sure to check out the lookbook for the rest of the Kith Aspen collection here.
