SPACES: KITH's Newest Aspen Location Brings NYC Culture to the Mountains

KITH‘s celebration continues as it has made its way to Aspen, Colorado. Being part of the boutique’s five-year anniversary, KITH’s New York-based culture travels to the snow-filled mountains to welcome its newest space. Upon entry you’re surrounded by white walls, reminiscent of Aspen’s beautiful powdery surroundings. Designed once again alongside Snarkitecture, thematic arches hang above your head not only separating product into sections, but providing an unforgettable experience by placing you within a cavernous environment.
An attention-commanding piece within KITH Aspen is its special collaborative snowboard alongside Capita which hosts a blue to red transition throughout. Co-branding can be found on one side of the board, while the other sports KITH’s Aspen logo. In addition, the snowboard’s bindings were developed in collaboration with Union in asymmetrical blue and red coloring.
Moving forward, the space hosts some of KITH and KITH Women’s in-line products in addition to up-and-coming collaborations that are expected to release alongside Columbia, New Era, Timberland, Tumi and adidas Consortium. Each entity’s core DNA is respected and given a subtle KITH twist. Further, its Columbia collection will release more than 50 pieces that walk a fine line between fashion and performance for your cold weather needs.
Throughout its selection of releases you’ll find a special limited trio of collaborative boots with Timberland, the introduction of the adidas Ultra Boost Mid, redesign of the adidas Trail Response Boost and joint products with headwear from New Era and luggage from Tumi.
KITH’s Aspen location is set to open its doors on December 16 at 10am.
