Help me decide with my next car

So I am thinking of trading in my AP2 s2000.

I personally think that s2000 is really fun car to have as a toy but not for daily drive.
Therefore I need a car with more practicality but blast to drive at the same time.
Now I narrowed down my choices to EVO X, WRX(non STI) or 370z.

First off EVO X

From my own knowledge and rumors about how Mitsubishi isn't doing so well in America and they even asked the CEO of Mitsubishi whether or not they will continue selling cars in North America, they will offer a good promotion and price. I know it's a very fun car to drive and also practical for daily drive.

WRX Hatch(Non STI)

For 2011 model, I think it's really dumb to go for STI. Of course you get extra goodies like better brakes, seats and extra hp. But regular WRX for 2011 has same body as STI (wide fenders) and now pushing 260 hp, only 40 hp difference from STI which can be gained easily with some mods. And at price of 25k is a bargain if you ask me, compare to 35k STI...

370z

I had 350z before S2000 and I really regret switching over to s2000. I miss the torque and power along with the ability to slap on some deep dish rims. Love the sound it produce and everything but only thing is that its somewhat not practically since its a sports car after all... but I would love to have one again

Now I am not sure which car to go for, they all have their own pros and cons but I want to see what you guys think and maybe it will help me better with my decision.

Actually the STI also has better suspension components throughout. IE Shocks/Springs, and swaybars.

If you like turbo lag, go with the EVO, if not, grab the subbie.

370 is a good choice as well, just not quite as practical as the others you've mentioned.

nah dont get the gtr until nissan gives it r34 lights or until someone makes a kit. the r35 is not good looking and pricey to maintain but if you have the money then go for it!

Isn't the EVO priced close to the STI?... If i was considering an EVO, i'd consider the STI as well. They're both great cars.

Personally, i'd get the WRX. If it's going to be your daily driver, you're gonna want it to be practical (hence the hatchback) and have decent fuel economy (i THINK that one has the best out of the 3? can't remember off the top of my head). The downside is that the STI's 6-speed is bulletproof compared to the WRX's 5-speed. But if you want performance bang for buck, then id say the WRX is the better choice.

....and i just don't really like 370's lol

There are still huge variations between a WRX and STi trim, regardless if they're basically aesthetically the same at this point. I have never understood the appeal of buying into new cars... buying high (ridiculously inflated) and selling low regardless of how quick the turn over.

If you're looking to mod I would pick up an earlier GD chassis STi (which ever year you prefer) and sink some coin into it.

You cant go wrong with any of those cars, but like you said that EVO X is a lot of fun to drive, thats on my top 5 cars to purchase as well. All of my friends really like that car because that car is good for everything, driving to work/school, daily drive, and my friends tell me you dnt have to worry about that car in the winter time. IMO stick to your 1st choice.

I'd have to say go with the Evo x. I've driven 370z's and X's before in the end the X is more practical and has more performance potential. I've also owned an Evo 8 RS and 07 350z. Nissan has stepped up there game on the chassis and motor side. 370z handles excellent the front suspension and steering rack is alot more responsive compared to the old car which lacked any feel. In the end Evo X is just a superior car Mitsubishi has been refining the Evo platform for 15 years now.

I've heard the Evo X isn't good as a DD due to an extremely stiff suspension. I'd go for the Subaru for practical reasons, but the 370z also looks nice if you don't need the extra space. The WRX is a bargain in the US considering it costs about 10k more in Canada (and just 2k short of an STI). I just copped a 2011 STI sedan which should be delivered to my door next week.

I'd take the 370Z. Actually, I'd take it old school and get a 240/260/280Z. Nothing better than one of those classic Z cars.
