Another question, if the buyer didnt mark down the price and let's say it's 70 USD, would Canada Post go to your house and ring your bell and then u pay that $5, or would they still put it in your P.O box?
Almost always, I have to pick up the package at Canada Post. Unless you're mailbox has one of those large compartments and it happens to fit in the slot, then they will give you a key in your mailbox to open that compartment. Even then, I always get a notice to go to my closest Canada Post for the package.
On the notice, it will tell you any charges you will have to pay. You won't be able to get the package until you pay the charges. Having said that, if there are custom fees then you will be forced to go to the post office to sign the package.
Usually from experience even if it's not marked as gift and it's close to $60 CDN, they usually don't charge you.
