boys noize and digitalism are french house? no, dudes.

they might not all be french, but they are definitely house:

dj falcon, together (dj falcon + thomas bangalter. LEGENDS)
fred falke
ice cream
strip steve
felix da housecat

and most all of thomas bangalter's solo work is worth checking out.

roule' ep's are real dope.

Stardust (daft punk side project)
Bob Sinclar (french house but not really in the vein of justice/daft punk)

M83 is good dreamy French music, but definitely not the electro-house you are looking for. MSTRKRFT, Simian Mobile Disco, The Presets, Cut COpy, etc. Give those a try.

My favourite French labels are Ed Banger, Kitsune, and Institubes. Do a little bit of googling on those labels. There's a shit load of amazing artists on those labels.

Not French but..I really like a lot of ppl on A-Trak's Fools Gold label.

finallly had an oppurtunity to d/l some shit.Cyradamoure(specifically Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo's early work) is pretty fuckin dope. Roule is also equally good. I found boys noize to be entertaining and so is Cassius. However, in the realm of heavy electro, i think Justice is unmatched. Thanks for the recommendations.

Cool to see someone else knows about Huoratron, i still find myself questioning if its even "music" but i love that heavy glitchy shit.

Check out S.P.A.'s "pets dance" for some WTF heavy stuff.
