In January, photographer Boogie exhibited a selection from his self-titled book at Colette. The man himself was snapping some pictures as you'd expect in his day to day Parisian routine. There's something about his imagery which features an element of realism that's rivaled by few.

10.Deep and Boogie have teamed to help promote Boogie's upcoming self-titled book, Boogie. The whole project encompasses an exclusive t-shirt and fanzine. The pack will be available at an upcoming event at the powerHouse Arena to celebrate the release of the book. The tee and fanzine will be available together alongside signed copies of Boogie's book on Thursday, March 20th. The tee/zine will subsequently be available for sale online on Monday, March 24th.

Leafing through any of Boogie's previous books, the self-titled Boogie and It's All Good, a disturbing and authentic image can be seen through his exploits with drug junkies, gang members and a facet of life not often exposed to the mainstream. In an interview with PingMag, Boogie comes to terms with how he came into photography and the relationships he built, allowing for these genuine and raw imagery that has become characteristic of his work. On the heels of photographer Boogie's Best Photography Book of 2006 as judged by Photo District News comes another 120 page book of photography from the transported Belgrade resident. This self-titled book Boogie captures the same essence and raw emotion which has made Boogie such a popular figure. Paris' Colette will be exhibiting some of Boogie's latest works under the artistic direction of Giorgio de Mitri (Sartoria) starting January 7th until January 25th. The book is currently available for purchase of $200 USD through powerHouse Books.
