Pastelle Is Really in the Works
Another look at the brand’s revitalization.
Ian Connor taking the reigns of Kanye’s defunct Pastelle line may have caught many by surprise, but the 23-year-old has been adamant about putting everything he has into “one of the greatest brands that never was.” Just a couple weeks ago Ian took to Twitter to post a picture of a T-shirt emblazoned with bright colors and playful sports graphics likely from his debut collection, a stark contrast to the muted oversized aesthetic of the Yeezy garments. More recently, the “King of Youth” revealed some varsity jacket samples through his Instagram, which will probably make their way into the resurrected label’s first collection.
