Ushering in the new year, Saban’s Power Rangers aims to give its original fans something to look forward to while hopefully introduce some new faces into the Power Rangers legacy. The latest Power Rangers trailer stays true to the films original development as a group of five normal teens realize they have the potential to save the world and their small town, Angel Grove. The rangers must go head-to-head with Rita Repulsa and her army in order to halt her mission of stealing the powerful Zeo Crystal and return it to her leader, Lord Zedd. With assistance from their mentor Zordon and his robot assistant Alpha 5, the Power Rangers showcase their teamwork and growing friendships while fending off countless enemies in order for their town and the world to survive.
