At the recent Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors game, Nick Young and Brandon Ingram offered a first look at the upcoming adidas “BOOST You Wear” basketball shoe. Earlier reports are noting the Crazy BYW X is a modern tech revival of adidas’s ’90s “Feet You Wear” performance series. Taking quest from the rounded outsoles and sock upper found in FYW silhouettes, the Crazy BYW X features a mid-rise sock upper accented by a midfoot brace and performance focussed panels found on the toe and lateral area. While large rounded heel pockets constructed of black BOOST round up the design of the shoe.

No pricing details just yet, but the adidas BYW X BOOST basketball shoe is set to release at select adidas Sportswear stores January 27, with a wider release coming February 15. For more adidas news, Extra Butter recently showed off its unreleased Wes Anderson-inspired adidas collaboration.
