Another Look at The Fear of God x Nike Air Skylon II
Mark your calendars.
Shortly after a first look, we now have another look at Fear of God‘s upcoming Nike Air Skylon II collaboration.
The better view of Jerry Lorenzo‘s take on the retro runner reveals that the designer kept much of the shoe’s original design, adding flair with his selection of textiles and functional reworks. Rumored to release in two black and white colorways, the collab is centered around tonal colorways with uppers made up of a mixture of mesh and nubuck accented by patent leather Swooshes that provide a touch of contrast. The biggest change on the Fear of God x Nike Air Skylon II is the toggle lacing system that replaces the traditional laces usually seen on the vintage running model.
Priced at $140 USD, the two Fear of God x Nike Air Skylon II colorways are expected to release December 27 at select retailers and nike.com.
