Here's a Closer Look at the Bristol Studio x adidas Crazy BYW
The Three Stripes model receives a makeover.
Following the Fall/Winter 2018 looks presented by Bristol Studio, a closer look has been shared of the collaborative Bristol Studio x adidas Crazy BYW (BOOST You Wear) model. The joint drop is set to be available in two colorway options boasting Oatmeal or Black dominated uppers.
Overall design pays homage to Luke Tadashi’s first love in basketball with both resting atop nostalgic gum outsoles. The founder and creative director of Bristol Studio places emphasis on an “imperfect” look as each colorway is presented with a worn and vintage fade. In addition, lace toggles are added while co-branding is placed on each tongue for the final touch. adidas’ signature BOOST cushioning is incorporated onto each midsole while the uppers welcome a mix of premium leather and suede materials.
Retailing for $200 USD each, the Bristol Studio x adidas Crazy BYW will launch during NBA’s All-Star Weekend via select adidas Consortium retailers and Nice Kicks in LA from February 15 to February 18. Take a look at the imagery above and let us know your thoughts on the collaboration.
