Following the news that the stocks he brought for Kim Kardashian West were performing seriously well, the good financial news has continued for Kanye West. According to reports, ‘Ye could be on track to become a billionaire in the very near future, with sources close to West revealing that YEEZY recently received a $1.5 billion USD valuation. The company being worth billions initially surfaced during West’s interview with Charlamagne earlier this year.

The rumors also appeared to be confirmed by Kim Kardashian West, who was asked by Jimmy Kimmel if she was “almost a billionaire.” Replying to the question, Kardashian West answered ”I would say my husband is. That makes me one, right?” West’s YEEZY line could continue to add to its value with the addition of basketball sneakers next year, which West announced was coming in 2019. West’s empire could also continue to grow as he moves into architecture and, reportedly, the restaurant business.

In related news, ‘Ye and his two oldest children are set to appear on September’s Harper’s Bazaar.
