Over the years, many OG Nike heads have formed a love/hate relationship with the Air Foamposite One sneaker. The model was originally released in solid color schemes which would transition to extravagant prints such as “Weatherman” and “Spider-Man” editions just to name a few. Today, new shots of an upcoming “Habanero Red” colorway surfaced taking design cues from models of its earlier days. The aforementioned shade of red coats the Foamposite upper while black complements the rest of the design. Penny Hardaway’s “1 Cent” insignia returns to the heel with “NIKE” added to its tongue and heel tabs.

The Nike Air Foamposite One “Habanero Red” arrives on October 26 for $230 USD at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. Peruse the shots provided and let us know if you favor the solid iterations over the detailed printed versions. In related Nike news, you can check out the latest look at the Air Max 720.
