Lebron James is ready to write the next chapter in his illustrious sneaker book with the Nike LeBron 16. Following the success of the Nike LeBron 15, the inaugural performance-based Nike Lebron 16 is presented in a “Fresh Bred” colorway similar to how previous LeBron models have been debuted. Resembling the last iteration is a new Battle Knit 2.0 upper to reflect James’ style on and off the hardwood. The forthcoming sneaker is delivered in a lower cut than its predecessor with its visible Max Air units incorporated into its supporting base. Designer Jason Petire also added a leather gusseted tongue which would provide the wearer with easier entry into the sneaker and widen its styling possibilities. Finally, LeBron’s signature logos are added from the “LJ” found on the tongue to the lion head placed on the heels.

The Nike LeBron 16 “Fresh Bred” will arrive on September 20 at select Nike Basketball retailers. In related news, fans of the model can also take a look at its HFR edition.
